Employment: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

The CSR is responsible for all aspects of relating with the customer. The CSR's primary responsibility is sales on the floor and over the phone but duties extend into counter collections, resolving customer problems, assisting in the verification process, maintaining displays and assisting with the general housekeeping requirements to keep the store clean and orderly.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

Greet customers and determine their needs
Answer phone calls
Assist customers with finding the product they want or need for their vehicle
Work with the Store Manager to reach sales goals
Keep store showroom, waiting areas and parking lot clean and orderly at all times
