Employment: Account Manager

The RNR Account Manager is responsible for contacting all customers who's Rental Agreements have expired and to work with them in whatever way feasible to maintain the account. This position, though requiring extensive telephone collection type activity, is more a sales that collections job. The Account Manager's priority is to re-sell the Rental Agreement and educate the customer rather that simply calling to collect money.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

Monitor contact programs
Contact expired rental agreement customers to find a solution to maintain the account
Schedule voluntary turn-ins of products
Handle field collections and de-installations
